FIRE & ICE TOMATOES

5 Large Tomatoes
1 Red Onion, sliced
3/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
6 Tablespoons Splenda

1/4 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Mustard Seed
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Large Cucumber, sliced

In a large bowl, combine the first 2 ingredients, set aside. In a saucepan combine the next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Pour over the tomatoes, cover and chill for 2 hours. Add the cucumbers and chill overnight.
