VINAIGETTE: Place all ingredients in a bowl, stir with a whisk. SALAD: Divide the lettuce leaves evenly among 6 plates. Toss the pears with the orange juice and divide evenly among the plates. Top each with the remaining ingredients. Drizzle each with 2 1/2 Tablespoons vinaigrette. Serve. |
