LENTIL HAM SALAD

1 Cup Dried Lentils
1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Fat Free Milk
1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Thyme

1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 1/3 Cups Ham, cooked & chopped
3/4 Cup Celery, chopped
3/4 Cup Red Onion, chopped

Place lentils in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Combine the next 6 ingredients in a bowl. Add the lentils and the remaining ingredients. Toss well. Serve.
