LENTIL HAM SALAD |
1 Cup Dried Lentils

1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
|
Place lentils in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Combine the next 6 ingredients in a bowl. Add the lentils and the remaining ingredients. Toss well. Serve. |
