1 Each Red Bell Pepper,

2 Tablespoons Parsley,

Combine the first 8 ingredients together in a bowl. In another bowl combine the next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until combined well. Pour over the salad and toss well. Just before serving add the avocado. |
