GRILLED CORN & BLACK BEAN SALAD |
3 Ears Corn, shucked

3 Teaspoons Sugar

Prepare grill. Place corn on a grill rack. Grill 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut kernels off of corn, place in bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Toss well. Chill for 1 hour and serve. |
