GRILLED CORN & BLACK BEAN SALAD

3 Ears Corn, shucked
1/2 Cup Lime Juice
1/3 Cup Red Onion, minced
1/3 Cup Fresh Cilantro, minced
3 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar

3 Teaspoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
15 Oz Can Black Beans, drained

Prepare grill. Place corn on a grill rack. Grill 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut kernels off of corn, place in bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Toss well. Chill for 1 hour and serve.
