BLACK BEAN PASTA SALAD

8 OZ. Rigatoni or Penne Pasta
16 OZ Salsa
1 Can Black Beans, rinsed
and drained
2 Cups Reduced Fat Mexican
Blend Cheese, shredded

1/2 Cup Green Pepper, chopped
1 Small Onion, chopped
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper

Cook pasta according to package. Drain & rinse. Place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Toss well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve.
