GREEK ORZO SALAD

1 Cup Orzo, uncooked
6 Teaspoons Olive Oil
1 Red Onion, chopped fine
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley,
chopped
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 Teaspoons Dried
Oregano

1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tomatoes, seeded and
chopped
12 Pitted Greek Olives,
halved
1/2 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

Cook orzo per package instructions. Drain. Place in a bowl and toss with the 2 teaspoons oil. Combine the remaining oil and the next 6 ingredients in another bowl. Add the next 3 ingredients to the orzo. Pour the salad dressing mixture over and toss. Serve.
