SEAFOOD SALAD

1 Pound Shrimp
1/2 Pound Sea Scallops
1/2 Pound Crab meat, cleaned
1 1/2 Cups Tomatoes, seeded
and diced
1/4 Cup Cilantro, fresh & minced

3 Tablespoons Green
Onion, sliced
3 Tablespoons Fresh
Lime Juice
1 Tablespoons Jalapeno
Pepper, seeded and minced
6 Cups Salad Greens

Steam shrimp and scallops for 6 minutes, or until cooked through. Cut into quarters. Combine the next 6 ingredients in a bowl. Serve over the greens.
