SHRIMP PASTA
2 1/2 Cups Angel Hair Pasta, cooked
1/4 Cup Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Cup Red Pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup Yellow Pepper, chopped
1/3 Cup Green Onions, chopped
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Kalamata
Olives, chopped
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme, dried
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Oregano, dried 3/4 Pound Medium Shrimp, cooked
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/2 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 Tablespoon Parsley, chopped,
fresh
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. Toss and serve.
