CHICKEN PASTA SALAD

2 Cups Sea-Shell Pasta,
cooked
1 1/2 Cups Chicken Breast,
cooked and chopped
1 Cup Red Bell Pepper,
chopped
1 Cup Yellow Squash,
shredded
1/2 Cup Carrot, sliced
1/2 Cup Green Onion,
chopped
1/2 Cup Corn Kernels

1/2 Cup Green Peas
1 (15 OZ) Can Black Beans,
rinsed and drained
1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
3 Teaspoons Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/4 Teaspoon Hot Sauce

Combined the first 9 ingredients in a bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl and stir well. Toss with the salad mixture. Serve.
