MOZZARELLA TOMATO COUSCOUS SALAD |
2 Cups Tomato, diced

1 Garlic Clove, minced
|
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl, cover and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Bring the water to a boil in a pan and add the couscous. Remove from the heat cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Add the basil and the tomatoes mixture. Mix well. Serve. |
