LEMON BASIL BEAN BOWL

1/3 Cup Fresh Basil, chopped
1 Teaspoon Lemon Rind, grated
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 1/2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar

1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Garlic Clove, minced
4 Cups Green Beans, cut
1 1/2 Cup Tomatoes, chopped
4 Low Fat Bacon Slices,
cooked and crumbled.

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix. Steam the beans covered for 8 minutes. Combine the beans and tomatoes in a bowl. Pour the basil mixture over all and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the bacon crumbles. Serve.
