GARLICKY ROASTED POTATO SALAD |
3 Pounds Red Potatoes,

1/2 Cup Parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Place into a shallow roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool. Combine the rest of the ingredients and toss with the potatoes. |
