GREEK PASTA SALAD

6 Cups Water
1 Pound Large Shrimp
1/2 Cup Low Fat Caesar
Dressing
2 Teaspoons Sun Dried
Tomato Sprinkles
3/4 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
5 Cups Penne Noodles, cooked
3/4 Cup Cucumber, sliced

1/3 Cup Fresh Basil, chopped
1/4 Cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
and chopped
1/4 Cup Red Onion, sliced and
separated into rings
1 (7 Oz) Bottle Roasted Red Bell
Peppers, drained and cut
3/4 Cup (3 OZ) Feta Cheese,
crumbled
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Pepper

Bring the water to a boil and add the shrimp. Cook 3 minutes or until done. Drain and rinse in cold water. Peel and chill the shrimp, 1 hour. Add the shrimp and the next 9 ingredients into a large bowl. Toss to coat and chill again for 1 hour. Sprinkle with the feta cheese and pepper and serve.
