GREEK PASTA SALAD |
6 Cups Water

1/3 Cup Fresh Basil, chopped
|
Bring the water to a boil and add the shrimp. Cook 3 minutes or until done. Drain and rinse in cold water. Peel and chill the shrimp, 1 hour. Add the shrimp and the next 9 ingredients into a large bowl. Toss to coat and chill again for 1 hour. Sprinkle with the feta cheese and pepper and serve. |
