CHOPPED SALAD WITH BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

DRESSING:
1/3 Cup Low Fat Buttermilk
1/4 Cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
1 Tablespoon Fat Free Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

SALAD:
6 Cups Iceberg Lettuce,
chopped
2 Cups Cucumber, sliced
1 Cup Tomato, diced
1 Cup Celery, sliced
1 Cup Radishes. sliced
1 Cup Red Bell Pepper,
diced
1/2 Cup Carrot, diced
1/2 Cup green onions, diced
1/4 Cup Parsley, fresh &
chopped
1 Teaspoon Died Oregano

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a blender and set aside. Combined all the ingredients for the salad in a large bowl. Mix with the dressing. Serve.
