WHITE AND GREEN BEAN SALAD

1 Pound Green Beans
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin
Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest

1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 (19 OZ) Can Cannellini
Beans, rinsed and drained
1 Red Pepper, chopped
6 Kalamata Olives, chopped

Steam the green beans until tender, about 8 minutes. Combine the next 5 ingredients and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients to the beans and toss with the dressing.
