CHICKPEA, FETA AND TOMATO SALAD

2 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Cup Chickpeas, drained
& rinsed
1 Red Onion, chopped
10 Pitted Black Olives,
chopped

1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Cups Lettuce Leaves, torn
1/2 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Gently stir in the Feta Cheese. Add the vinegar and toss.
