MACARONI SALAD

2 Cups Noodles
1 Onion, chopped
1 Can Olives. chopped
1 Can Tuna , water packed &
drained
3 Hard Boiled Eggs Whites
Only, chopped

1 Cup Fat Free Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Dry Mustard
1 Teaspoon Celery Seed
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Cook noodles until tender. Drain and add onions, eggs whites, olives and tuna. For dressing: Mix mayonnaise, dry mustard, celery seed and lemon juice together. Fold into noodle mix and mix well.
