RANCH DRESSING

1/3 Cup Low Fat Buttermilk
3 Tablespoons Nonfat Sour Cream
3 Tablespoons Plain Nonfat Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Fresh Chives, minced
1 Tablespoon Low Fat Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Onion, minced
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Sugar
Pinch Celery Seed
Pinch Dry Mustard

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Use within 3 days. Makes 1 cup.
