Ingredients:
1 Pound ground beef, extra lean
1 Each onion, Chopped
4 Each Garlic cloves, Chopped
5 Cups Water
4 Cups Cabbage, Chopped
3 1/2 Cups Tomato Juice, low sodium
1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
1 1/2 Teaspoons Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
3 (15 OZ) Cans Kidney beans, drained
3 (14.5) Cans Diced Tomatoes, undrained
2 (14 OZ) Cans Fat-Free Beef Broth
8 Ounces Angel Hair Pasta, uncooked
Cooking Instructions:
Cook Beef, onion and garlic until browned. Drain well. Add water and next 9 ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Stir Occasionly. Break Pasta into 2" pieces. Stir into soup and cook 5 more minutes.
