Country Gravy:
I have looked for a low calorie gravy with out much luck, so I made my own.

1 Can or condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/3 Cups of Beef Broth
1 TBS Corn Starch

Cooking Instructions:
Put Mushroom Soup in a sauce pan and heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. While soup is heating, mix Beef Broth and Corn Starch in a bowl until incorporated. When Soup begins to boil, pour in the Beef Broth mixture and stir constantly until the mixture reaches the thickness you want. Add Salt & Pepper to taste.

I use Low Calorie biscuts that I find in the refrigerator cabinet of my grocery store.

Pour the gravy over the biscuits and enjoy.
