6 LAYER DIP

| Ingredients: |
1st layer - Fat free Refried beans
2nd layer - Fat Free Sour Cream
3rd layer - Salsa (Be Generous)

4rd layer - Scallops(green onions), sliced thin and spread out
5th layer - Tomatoes, sliced or diced, whichever you want
6th layer - Olives, sliced

Use any sized pan you like, layers should be fairly even, but, its your dip, do it the way you like it!! You can use store bought tortilla chips (reduced calorie, of course) OR you can cut up corn tortilla's, bake until crispy, sprinkle with salt! WALLA!!!

TIP: Put the Tomatoes in a plastic baggy, add 1 tbsp Olive Oil, Salt and pepper (or get creative with the spices) for about 5 minutes before adding them to the dip, gives it a definate punch!! You could also put them in balsamic viniger for a few minutes instead!
I love this dip and I sure hope you like it too!! I get creative with it and add or subract different spices and things, have fun!!
