Mexican Dip

| Ingredients: |
5 Roma tomatoes--get them kinda hard...not real ripe. Chop them finely.
6 Green onions chopped finely (ends too)
2 cans 3.8 oz Sliced ripe olives
2 jars 4.0 oz diced pimientos

2 cans 4.0 oz chopped green chiles
Tear off some sprigs of fresh parsley and chop and put into mixture depending on your taste.
1 8 oz bag fat free shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 8 oz bottle Kraft Fat free Zesty Italian Dressing

Mix everyting together and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
I serve this with Sesmark Savory Thins Crackers=-- You can find them in the Deli section of your grocery store.

Serving Size about 1/2 cup and the crackers are 2 points for 15 crackers. Not a typo- that is 15 crackers and they are VERY GOOD.
