Ingredients:
1 Small Garlic Clove
1 Cup Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1 Cup Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Worchestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Pepper to taste
1 Pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast,
cooked and Cut into cubed pieces
12 Cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce hearts
1 Cup Fat Free Garlic Croutons
2 Tablespoons Finely grated Parmesan Cheese
Cooking Instructions:
Mix the first 7 ingredients in a blender. Add the rest of the ingrients to a bowl. Mix well. Pour the dressing on top and serve
