Ingredients:
6 Ounces Spring Green Salad Mixture
3 Ounces Blue cheese -- crumbled
6 Slices Bacon, cooked and Crumbled
3 Ounces Almond slivers -- toasted
1/4 Cup Red Onion -- finely chopped
1/2 Cup Roma tomato -- Finely chopped
Citrus Dressing
1 Tablespoon Shallot -- finely chopped
6 Tablespoons vodka -- citrus flavored
3 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
In a large bowl add the lettuce mixture. Layer with the remaining Ingreidents.
Dressing: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle the salad with the dressing
