| Ingredients: |
2 Tablespoons Cilantro -- Chopped
1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon Slpenda
2 Tablespoons green chiles -- Diced
| 1 each Red Onion -- sliced
Cooking Spray
2 Cups Jicama -- Sliced into Match Sticks
2 each Oranges -- Pelled and Sectioned
Black Pepper -- to Taste | |
| Cooking Instructions: |
| Dressing: Mix the first 5 ingredients together
Salad: Saute the onions in cooking spray until done.
Add the remaining Ingredients in a bowl. Add the onions. Stir in the
Dressing. Refrigeate for at least 4 hours | |
