TACO SALAD WITH WOW CHIPS

Ingredients:
2 boneless,skinless chicken breasts
1 head lettuce, shredded
1/2 red onion diced
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
2 large tomatoes,diced
2 cups WOW fat free tortilla chips,crushed.
2 cups salsa
1 cup jalepeno rings
Cooking Instructions:
Dice chicken and brown in a skillet that has been sprayed with a non stick cooking spray. Dice the onions, tomatoes. Shredded the lettuce, grate the cheese. In a large serving bowl, put the shredded lettuce into the bottom. Layer with the diced cooked chicken. Then add the pinto beans. Then put the onions, cheese, tomatoes and jalepenos over that. Spoon salsa over it all, then sprinkle with the crushed wow tortilla chips and serve.
