COLESLAW DRESSING

| Ingredients: |
1/4 cup sugar substitute
* Note: sugar substitute to equal 1/4 cup of sugar (I use crystals not liquid).
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup (Hellman's) low fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
a grind of pepper

| Cooking Instructions: |

Mix all ingredients together with a whisk until well blended.
Makes enough for a pound of shredded cabbage.
I like to add some chopped onion and diced red and green
sweet pepper for color and extra taste. ^_^
