Ingredients:
4 each Fat free Pitas for crust
1 cup Harvest crumbles to equal 1/2 pound
hamburger 1 medium onion
1 each sweet yellow pepper
1 clove garlic clove
1 can fat free refried beans (16oz)
1 cup salsa
1 can chopped green chilies -- (4oz)
2 cups reduced fat mexican blend cheese -- (8oz)
tomatoes and lettuce to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Put harvest crumbles, onion, pepper and garlic in skillet and cook until veggies tender. Stir in refried beans, salsa,chilies and chili powder. Heat through. Spread over pita. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese melts. Top with lettuce tomatoes and sour cream if desire. I think I put cilantro on the sauce stuff then the cheese.
