CHEESY VEGETABLE LASAGNA

1 1/2 cup Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce
1 cup diced canned tomatoes
2 ounces lasagna noodles
Broccoli-cut small
Zuchinni, shredded

Carrots, shredded
2 slices of kraft FF cheese
1-2 ouncs Polly-O FF mozz. cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Sorrento FF Ricotta cheese
Chopped spinach

| Cooking Instructions: |
Combine the spaghetti sauce and the diced tomatoes to make a chunky
tomato sauce.
2) Put a small layer of the chunky tomato sauce on the bottom of a
PAM-sprayed 9 x 5 inch pan.
3) Layer half the lasagna noodles over the sauce.
4) Spread half the ricotta cheese over the noodles.
5) Lay one slice of the FF cheese over the ricotta cheese.
6) Layer half of each of the veggies (broccoli, zuchinni, carrots, spinach) over
the FF cheese slice.
7) Sprinkle about half the shredded mozzarella cheese over the veggies.
Repeat steps 1-7 to add another complete layer.
9) Add any remaining sauce or shredded cheese for the top layer of the
lasagna.
10) Bake at 375 for about 1 hour, or until noodles are tender and lasagna is
piping hot.
