Wonderful Wheat and Bean Chili

Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked dry beans
1 cup uncooked wheat
1 quart water
3 tablespoons fat
1 onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 clove garlic (pinch garlic pwd)
2 cups tomatoes
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon catsup (opt)
1/2 teaspoon cumin seed (opt)
Cooking Instructions:
Cook beans and wheat together in one quart of water (may be soaked overnight before cooking). Add more water if necessary. Cook until almost tesnder. Beans and wheat may be cooked in pressure saucepan at 10 lbs. pressure for 35 minutes after soaking. Saute meat and onions and garlic in fat. Add to beans. Add other ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour.
