| Ingredients: |
4 Chicken Breast Halves
16 oz of articoke hearts with no oil drained
1 cup non fat mayo
1 cup shreaded parmeasan cheese

| Cooking Instructions: |
1. Preheat Oven to 350
2. Finely Chop the articokes
3. Add the mayo and cheese to the articokes and mix well.
4. Spoon the artichoke mixture over the chicken.
5. Cover and heat for 45 minutes
