Chicken Picata you gotta try!

| Ingredients: |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
PAM
1/2 Cup lemon juice
1/2 Cup White Wine
2 pats of low cal margarine
1 tsp Low fat chicken boulion powder
1/2 jar of drained capers

| Cooking Instructions: |

Pound out chicken till they are about the same thickness. Spray PAM in large skillet and put heat about med high. cook chicken through. ABout 4 -5 minutes on each side. Put chicken aside and keep warm. Put heat down to med low. pour in lemon juice, wine, butter, and boulion. Bring to a simmer and let it on the heat till gets a bit thick about 1o minutes. Add capers.. Heat for about 2 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken breasts. If you desire you can also have some wheat pasta waiting! Very tasty!
