Turkey Chili

Ingredients:
1 lb. of low-fat ground turkey
1/2 clove of fresh garlic, finely minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 T of extra-virgin olive oil
1 can of navy beans w/ jalapenos
1 can of dark red kidney beans
1 sm. can of pork and beans
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 fresh red pepper, chopped
1/2 fresh green pepper, chopped
1 t of cumin
1 t of chili powder
1 t of celery seed
1 t of paprika
1 t of salt
1 t of pepper hot sauce (texas pete) to taste
reduced-fat sour cream
shredded cheese
Cooking Instructions:
directions sautee onions in oil over med. heat in large pot until translucent. add turkey, cut into small pieces. add garlic. simmer until turkey is fully cooked. reduce heat to low. add red and green peppers and cook for another few minutes. add chicken broth, navy beans, stewed tomatoes, pork and beans, kidney beans and diced tomatoes (drain all cans except for tomatoes). bring to a gentle, rolling boil and cook for 10 min. add cumin, paprika, celery seed, chili powder, salt and pepper. let simmer on stove. serve hot or best if served after it has been frozen. garnish with hot sauce
