CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS

| Ingredients: |
4 4-ounce chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
6 cups water
1 13.5-ounce package fat-free flour tortillas
1 10 3/4-ounce can 99% fat-free cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water

| Cooking Instructions: |
|
Cover the chicken with water and boil until tender. Remove chicken
from the broth and cut into bite-size pieces. Set aside. Cut the
tortillas into approximately 2" square pieces. You may need to add
some more water to the chicken broth to make 6 cups of water.
Add desired salt and pepper to broth and bring the broth to a boil
and drop in the tortilla pieces,one at a time, stirring frequently to
keep the tortillas from sticking together. They will be done in a
short time. Combine the cream of chicken soup with 1/2 cup water.
Add to the dumplings. Return the chicken pieces to the pot.
