Lemon Veggie Chicken

4 tablespoons Lemon Juice
4 tablepoons Black Pepper
Minced Garlic

1 Onion
2 Spheres of Zuchini
|

| Cooking Instructions: |

Preheat the oven at 350. take the Zucchni spheres and cut them in half.
tear off 4 pieces of Alnminum foul to make pouches for the chicken
place the Chicken on spheres individually, and place them on top of the aluminum foil
pour the lemon juice on each of the pieces of chicken
add the peper on top of the chicken on both sides of the chicken
Then put the garlic on the chicken
Finally, cut slivers of onion on top of the chicken, and close each of the pouches
Place in the oven for about 45 minutes
after finished serve the chicken on the plate with the zucchini still under the chicken
serve ith Italian seasoning over it.
