Spagetti Carbonara

Ingredients:
3/4 Pound Spagetti
4 Slices Bacon cut into 1/2" strips
1/2 Cup Fat-Free Half-and-Half
1/2 Cup Egg Beaters
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Sweet Onion Chopped
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 Tablespoons Parsley
Cooking Instructions:
Cook the spagetti. Cook the bacon in a pan and then set aside to cool. When cool cut up. Combine the next 3 ingredients and set aside. Keep 1 teaspoon of the bacon drippings in the pan. Add the onion and cook for about 6 minutes. Carefully transfer 1/2 Cup of the noodle water over to the pan with onions. cook until it evaporates, about 4 minutes. Remove from the heat. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Add the bacon and half and half mixture. Stir to coat well. This should thicken the sauce. If it doesnt cook on low until it does. Add the last 2 ingredients. Toss to coat and serve.
