Ingredients:
1/2 Pound Elbow Macaroni
2 1/4 Cups Fat Free Milk
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 Cup Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Teaspoons Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
1 Teapsoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Pinch Cayenne
1/2 Cup Diced Scallions
Cooking Instructions:
Cook noodles according to pkg. directions. No Salt.Sauce: Combine the milk and cornstach in a pan. Beat with a whish until it is thicken. Remove from heat and add the cheeses and remaining ingredients. Add the Macaroni and stir well. Serve.
