Scallop Saute With Angel Hair Pasta

| Ingredients: |
5 Ounces Cabbage -- Trimmed, Nappa
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Scallions -- Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic -- minced
1 Pound bay scallops

1 Cup Bean Sprouts
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup Basil -- Chopped
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
6 Ounces Angel Hair Pasta

| Cooking Instructions: |

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Stack Cabbage Leaves and cut crosswise into 1/4 inch strips. In a large
Skillet warm the Oil over medium Heat. Add scallions, garlic. Cook
until just beginning to brown 2-3 minutes. Add scallops and cook stirring,
until they turn white. 3-4 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Add Cabbage, bean sprouts, broth,
basil ketchup and pepper to the pan. Cook on high until soft 3-4 minutes.
Add pasta to boiling water. and cook until done. 3-4 minutes. Drain and
add to the pan with the scallops and cabbage and any remaining liquid.
Cook until scallops are warmed through. 1 to 2 minutes. Serve.
