| Ingredients: |
1 Pound deli roast beef -- sliced thin
1 each French baguette slice -- Sliced thin and on a
angle
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 Cup Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup basil, fresh -- cut into ribbon strips
8 Ounces horseradish -- prepared
8 Ounces brie -- wheel cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 C Up Almond -- toasted
20 Each sweet Pickles -- sliced thin | |
| Cooking Instructions: |
| Using the oil, Brush Bagette slices. Sprinkle each with
Parmesan and basil. Toast in oven at 375 until lightly browned. Cool/
Spread each slice with the Horseradish arrange 2 to 3 slices of roast
beef. Place a slice of Brie on each piece. Place back in oven until
melted.
Garish with almond slivers and pickle slices. Serve | |
