Chinese Pepper Beef

| Ingredients: |
1 Pound boneless round steak, cut into thin strips
1 Cup sliced onion
1 1/2 Cups sliced celery
2 green peppers, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
|
1/2 Teaspoon sugar
2 cups beef broth,fat removed
4 Tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup water

| Cooking Instructions: |
|
Spray a large skillet with a non-stick spray.
Stir-fry beef strips until browned. Add all
but the last three ingredients and simmer,
covered, for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix starch
with soy sauce and water. Stir into hot mixture
and continue cooking until thickened.
Serve over noodles or quick cooking brown rice.
