3/4 C. FINELY CHOPPED ONION
1/2 C. KETSUP
2 TBSP. WATER

1/8 TSP. BLACK PEPPER

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. SPRAY A 9 X 5 LOAF PAN WITH PAM. IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE MEAT, OATS, 1/4 C. KETSUP, WATER, PARSLEY FLAKES, ONION, AND PEPPER. MIX WELL. PAT MIXTURE INTO LOAF PAN. BAKE 30 MINUTES AND SPREAD REMAINING 1/4 C. KETSUP EVENLY OVER PARTIALLY BAKED MEATLOAF. CONTINUE BAKING 30 MINUTES LONGER. PLACE PAN ON WIRE RACK AND LET STAND FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING INTO 6 SERVINGS.
