1 Loaf Parmesan Herb Crusted Ciabatta Bread for 2
30 (1 Inch) Squares Green and Yellow Peppers
30 (1 Inch) Squares Red Onion

30 Slices Turkey Pepperoni
Cooking Spray
1 Cup Italian Blend Cheese (reduced Fat)
Marinara Sauce, warmed | | | Cooking Instructions: | |
Cut Bread into 4 equal strips lenghth wise, then cut each strip into 6 cubes. Thread on to scwers alternating with the peppers, onions, pepperoni. Spray on each side with the cooking spray. Grill on medium Low heat for 10 minutes. Turn Frequently untill light brown.
Transfer kebabs to foil and top evenly with the cheese. Serve with Marinara sauce warmed up. Makes 6 kebabs
