EASY BROILED SWORDFISH

| Ingredients: |
1 pound swordfish steaks
1/2 Cup hot sauce
1/2 Cup fresh lemon juice
|
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika
salt & pepper to taste

| Cooking Instructions: |
1. Spray broiler pan with non-stick butter flavor cooking spray.
2. Place steaks on broiler pan.
3. Spray steaks with butter flavor cooking spray.
4. Mix hot sauce, lemon juice and cayenne pepper.
5. Spoon mixture over swordfish.
6. Sprinkle generously with paprika, then with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Broil six minutes.
8. Turn steaks over, and repeat steps 5 and 6.
9. Broil six more minutes.
10. Serve!
