Tuna Filled Pepper

| Ingredients: |
1 red pepper (medium size)
2 table spoon of ricotta
2 table spoon of tuna
some small pieces of red onion
some small cutted olives

| Cooking Instructions: |
|
Mix all ingredients but the peppers in a bowl
cut the red pepper roots out making a circle
throw the whole take all the seeds inside the red pepper
then stucko all the ingredients inside the red pepper
close it with the root again
Leve it in a medium temperature oven for about 25 minutes ( put keep cheching and take it when the pepper feels soft)
Ready to eat
