Ingredients:
30 each Jumbo bay shrimp -- (pre-cooked and if frozen, thawed out)
1/4 Cup olive oil
Black Pepper
Red Pepper
3 large Garlic cloves -- minced
1/3 Cup parsley -- chopped
1/3 Cup bread crumbs, seasoned
8 Tablespoons butter -- Melted
1/3 Cup White Wine
dash Tabasco sauce
6 Ounces Linguine
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 Cup Romano cheese
Cooking Instructions:
Arrange thawed shrimp single layer, in a baking dish. Pour olive oil evenly over the shrimp. Sprinkle to coat with black and red pepper, garlic,parsley, and bread crumbs. Cover dish and bake in pre-heated oven at 300 degress for 20 minutes. Uncover, and pour butter, Tobasco, and wine evenly over the shrimp. Bake uncovered 5 minutes or longer , until done. Do not overcook as the shrimp may dry out. Serve over the cooked linguini and top with the grated cheese.
