Spiced Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients:
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
4 Tomato slices
4 Pieces Turkish
Bread Halved
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
4 Tablespoons Fresh Coriander
2 Tablespoons Mild Red Curry Paste
2 Tablespons Mild Red Curry Paste
2 Tablespoons Mango Chutney
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Cucumber
1 Cup Plain Yogurt
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat Barbecue. Make the marinade with the 1/2 cup yogurt, curry paste, coriander, chutney and lemon Juice. Place the chicken in a zip lock bag and and Marinade for 20 minutes. Sauce: Cut cucumber in half, remove seeds. Cut into fine slices. add yogurt, garlic, lemon juice in a bowl. And chill until ready to use. Cook the chicken until cooked through on the grill. Place chicken on the bread spread with the sauce and tomatoes.
