Grilled Beef And Pepper Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 Teaspoons Grtated Lemon Rind
1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
1 Pound Flank Steak Cooking Spray
2 Red Bell Peppers
1/3 Cup Reduce Fat Mayonaise
3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 Tablepsoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Galic Clove, curushed
1 (10 OZ)Round Focaccia bread cut in half Horizontally
Cooking Instructions:
Prepare Grill. Combine first 6 ingredients together in a bowl Rub over the Flank Steak. Let syand 10 minutes. Place on Grill coated with cooking Spray and cook through about 8 minutes each side. Cut into slices. Cut Bell Peppers in half. Remove Membranes and seeds. Flatten with your Hand. Place on grill for 12 minutes. Cut into halfs after cooled. Combine, the next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Spread on to the bread. Arrange Beef on the top, then add the red peppers. Cut Sandwich into 4 wedges.
