3 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Cocoa
3/4 Cup Applesauce
2 Tablespoons Vinegar

2 Cups Sugar
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
2 Cups Water (cold)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

| Cooking Instructions: |
|
Mix flour, sugar, salt, soda and Cocoa in separate bowl. Mix water , applesauce, vinegar and vanilla in a separate bowl. Mix all together well and pour into a un greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Test with a toothpick to see if done, should come out clean.
