BAKED APPLES

Ingredients:
2 large apples
4 tsp packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Cooking Instructions:
Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon and the vanilla. Cut apples in two, peel and core them. Brush the cinnamon mixture over the entire surface of each apple half. Bake @400 F for 20 minutes.
